Re: 2007 FREE Presentation Program
I would like to share with you BTC’s speaking program for 2007 for industry gatherings organized by Associations that represent corporate travel, procurement, human resource and finance executives as well as for commercial enterprises. (For a list of past presentations and government testimony, see http://businesstravelcoalition.com/presentations/testimony.htm.)
There are two options for 2007:
1. FREE. BTC will waive its speaking fee of $2,500 for Associations. In return, BTC would have the right to secure its own sponsors for a presentation and provide appropriate promotional recognition before, during and after a scheduled event, including possible live Internet broadcasts. (This would also add value for event organizers as their industry gathering would be well publicized and support attendance and new member recruitment objectives.)
NOTE: Contracts for FREE presentations need to be signed by December 15, 2006.
2. PAID. BTC will be pleased to provide keynote addresses, panel discussions and presentations for Associations during 2007 for $2,500 and for commercial enterprises for $3,500. (BTC has not raised its fees in five years.) Organizations can contract for paid engagements at any time during the balance of 2006 and through 2007, schedule permitting. (Fees go to support BTC’s advocacy mission.)
For more information on schedule availability, transportation requirements and contract terms, please contact me at 610.341.1850, or at mitchell@BusinessTravelCoalition.com.
Special Note: Any organization that signs a contract with BTC by December 15, 2006 (free or paid) will also receive 50 (fifty) 1-year subscriptions to Travelogue, a highly valued compendium of expertly picked business travel news stories from around the world distributed each business morning by 8:30a (EDT). These subscriptions can be used to promote the BTC presentation, or in any other way an organization finds useful.
