WHAT 
Press conference call with travel industry participants to discuss the wide-ranging impact of Air Canada’s (AC) recent decision to pull its low-fare Tango inventory from the global distribution systems (GDSs). A new BTC survey of corporate travel managers from Canada and around the world will be discussed along with expressions of concern from some 2,000 Canadian travel agency executives.
                  
CAPSULE
In the middle of the night on May 2, without warning, AC removed Tango fares from GDSs and AC’s travel agent website. Now, various organizations representing travel agents and corporate travel managers and representative constituents are joining together to call for Air Canada to reverse the actions it took.
